Silveraty Store User Agreement

Introduction to the agreement:

Silverati Store welcomes you and informs you that below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal implications arising from your transactions through the platform. Your use of Silverati Store in any form, whether as a consumer or visitor, constitutes your explicit and full acceptance – with full legal capacity – of all the terms of this agreement, and confirms your commitment to all its provisions. This agreement applies to all types of electronic transactions in accordance with the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.


Article 1 - Definitions:

  1. (The Store): This refers to the Silveraty store, and includes the website, the application, and all official channels of the brand.
  2. (User/Customer): is any natural or legal person who visits the store or buys products from it.
  3. (The Agreement): It is the set of terms and conditions that govern the relationship between the store and the user.


Article Two - Legal Capacity:

The user acknowledges that he has the legal capacity required by Sharia and the system, or that he is at least 18 years old, and bears full responsibility for any violation of this clause.


Article 3 - The nature of Silferati's commitment:

Our commitment is to provide high-end silver pieces and related services, along with after-sales services and technical support to ensure the best shopping experience.


Article Four - Usage Guidelines:

The user agrees to use the Silferati platform and the products purchased from it in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and public morals.


Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

By joining the store's membership, the user agrees to:

  1. Keep account information and password confidential, and immediately report any unauthorized use to the store.
  2. He bears full responsibility for any activity that takes place through his personal account.
  3. Disclosing true, up-to-date, and legal information.
  4. Silverati has the right to freeze or cancel membership if the information provided is found to be incorrect, without prejudice to the store's legal rights.


Article Six - Electronic Communications:

The parties to the agreement agree that official communication will be conducted via email or messages registered on the platform, and these communications will be considered a legally valid document that meets all regulatory requirements.


Article Seven - Amendments and Fees:

  1. Silverati has the right to modify this agreement at any time, and your continued use of the store constitutes full acceptance of these modifications.
  2. All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the store has the right to add or modify fees according to offers or tax and regulatory requirements.


Article Eight - Payment and Settlement:

We offer a secure electronic payment system through our partners. The store is committed to providing official invoices for all transactions, reflecting the fair market value of the products.


Article Nine - Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights pertaining to the Silverati store, including logos, designs, and words, are the exclusive property of the store and may not be used or quoted without prior written permission.


Article Ten - Responsibility:

  1. The store is committed to conducting its business in accordance with Saudi regulations.
  2. The store is not responsible for any errors resulting from user negligence or third parties (such as shipping companies).
  3. The store has the right to cancel orders in special cases (such as product unavailability or pricing error), with our commitment to refund payments made within the period specified by the Central Bank (3-14 working days).


Article Eleven - Replacement Policy (Please review the replacement and return policy) :

  1. The customer has the right to request a replacement product within (3) days of the date of receipt.
  2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  3. Exceptions: Products manufactured to special order, silver alloys, or malfunctions resulting from misuse.
  4. The fixed replacement cost is 25 Saudi Riyals .


Article Twelve - Return Policy (Please review the exchange and return policy) :

  1. The customer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product within (3) days from the date of receipt.
  2. The product must be safe and not used.
  3. If the return is accepted, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method (the cost of shipping and logistics will be deducted).
  4. Exceptions: Products manufactured to special order, silver alloys, or malfunctions resulting from misuse.


Article Thirteen - Applicable Law:

This agreement and all disputes arising from it are subject to the regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Article Fourteen - General Provisions:

  • Arabic is the language adopted for interpreting the provisions of the agreement.
  • Marketing offers are temporary and the store has the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.
  • If any clause is invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
